The Marquesa condo community is located on Pirate Cove Road, near Summerlin Parkway.  Marquesa is minutes from Summerlin, the I95, shopping, dining, entertainment  and the I215 freeway.

Marquesa condos are usually available only as resales.  Marquesa offers one, two and three bedroom condos for sale.  Certain floor plans have wood burning fire places, private balconies/patios and walk-in closets in the master bedroom.  Marquesa is pet friendly, but there is a weight limit of 65 pounds for dogs that is strictly enforced.
