One Queensridge Place Las Vegas will be located on the southwest corner of Rampart Boulevard and Alta Drive in the master planned community of Queensridge, part of Peccole Ranch adjacent to Summerlin. One Queensridge Place will consist of three 18 story high rise buildings and one 14 story building constructed in two phases. Phase one has approximately 219 units available for sale in two 18 story buildings with two levels of parking. Phase two will include another two buildings.
One Queensridge Place Las Vegas is located just minutes from I95 freeway, world class shopping, golfing (Badlands, TPC Summerlin, TPC Canyon and Angel Park golf courses) and dining. Condos range in size from 2,000 square feet up to 14,000 square feet for a lavish penthouse.

One Queensridge Place Las Vegas is selling now. "One Queensridge Place has completed $250 million in financing through HSBC Bank," said Frank Pankratz, president of Executive Home Builders, one of the development partners. Construction started in April of 2005. The adjacent community of Queensridge offers golf course homes and luxury mid-rise condos in the Village.
