C2 Lofts will be located in Summerlin at the southwest corner of West Charleston Boulevard and I-215. C2 Lofts will feature a very limited amount of 100 units in two buildings. C2 lofts will be a mid rise towers of 5 stories each.
The Soho Lofts are located in the Arts district of downtown Las Vegas at the end of the Las Vegas Strip and minutes from world class shopping, freeway access and McCarran international airport.
Newport Lofts are located in "downtown" Las Vegas in the art district, on the northeast corner of Casino Center and Hoover Avenue. Newport will be 23 stories and features 168 units, all of which will be located above the 7th floor.
Las Vegas just recently joined the rest of the country in its loft craze. The Metropolis was the first high rise to offer Las Vegas residents a chance at loft living. The building also offers flats. After the success of the project, several others came into being. Currently there are 20 different Las Vegas lofts available. Most lofts are located just off of the Las Vegas strip or in downtown Las Vegas.
